Renowned Portland designer Kyle Lynch of KL Design Group, has transformed the space into an intimate cellar with a long rustic table and a barrel vaulted ceiling clad with stone. Prix fixe and tasting menus change monthly to embrace seasonality and are presented in partnership with Andina, the Oregonians 2005 Restaurant of the Year and recognized in Gourmet Magazine's 2004 Restaurant Guide as a "Big Deal". The menus showcase local ingredients such as Painted Hills Grass-Fed natural beef and Plants Beautiful Field Greens, as well as traditional Peruvian dishes like Seco a La Norteña, lamb shank simmered in black beer. Capable of accommodating business dinners and retreats, The Pearl Wine Shop features power and high speed internet access at each of the 16 available seats, a drop down screen, state-of-the-art projector, and access to DVD, VCR, and cable.

Technical Capabilities

For private social or business functions: The Pearl Wine Shop’s “smart room” capabilities include an integrated audiovisual system for data and video projection, and high-speed internet access at each of its sixteen seats. Display elements include a portable Proxima C180 projector (2200 lumens) and a 50” x 67” Da-Lite motorized drop-down screen. For computer presentations, an A/V switcher controls VGA computer (15-pin HD) and mini-stereo inputs from any one of four locations on the dining room table. Our A/V system also includes a VCR/DVD player and satellite-television connectivity. Video and teleconferencing functions can be arranged upon request.


Terms and Conditions

  • All events in The Pearl Wine Shop are subject to a $600 minimum.
  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any date. A signed contract must be received within seven days of providing the deposit.
  • 3 business days prior to the event, The Pearl Wine Shop requires a guaranteed minimum guest count. The Client agrees to pay for this number of guests at the base menu price even if a lesser number attends the event. If the number of guests exceeds the guaranteed minimum, the Client agrees to pay accordingly.
  • Any event that runs in excess of four hours will incur overtime charges at a rate of $100 per hour or part thereof.
  • Payment in full is required at the end of the event.
  • All menu items are subject to seasonal and creative changes, and market availability.
  • All wine, liquor, beverage, coffee, bottled water etc. is charged on consumption.
  • A 20% service charge is added to all checks.
  • The Pearl Wine Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • All guests must abide by OLCC laws and regulations.
